• What about the tests, the vaccination, the recovery?
  For an arrival, a confirmed corona test (no self-test; max. from the previous day) or proof of corona vaccination or proof of recovery must be presented ("3 G" rule). In addition, (depending on the current warning level) two further tests must be submitted/proven during your stay per week. Buxtehude has various test centers that you can use. You can book appointments yourself online; e.B. in case of www.testzentrum-buxtehude.de.
   
• I have a gift voucher, how can a redemption take place?
  We arrange the redemption of vouchers for our guests very flexibly. You can read more about this here. >
   
• Do you also offer "take away" or "delivery service"?
  Currently, these services are not offered.
   
• When will you reopen the restaurant to all guests?
  The Restaurant Seabreeze is open again for all guests. We also offer breakfast and dinner for guests without overnight stay. Please make sure to reserve your table in advance, as we had to severely limit the possibilities in order to comply with the distance rules. Currently, on-site registration (Luca App or form) and proof ("3 G" rule) are required. The rules apply depending on the current warning level of the District of Stade on the respective day of visit.
  The pandemic and the associated "migration" of many of our colleagues to other industries and areas pose very great challenges for our entire industry. We are also struggling with this. For this reason, we cannot always provide our entire offer. We therefore regret very much that on some days we can not offer our culinary services or only to a very limited extent.
   
• May I welcome visitors at the hotel?
  Yes, you are welcome to welcome visitors to the hotel. Your visit have to register via the "Luca App" or manually on a prepared form.
