• May I book a room at your hotel?
  Yes, room bookings are possible for all guests. You can book your room conveniently and at any time online. You will only receive your online booking bonus at our own online-booking page.

• I have a gift voucher, how can a redemption take place?
  We arrange the redemption of vouchers for our guests very flexibly. You can read more about this here. >
   
• Is the restaurant open to all guests?
  The Restaurant is open to all guests for breakfast. We also offer breakfast to guests who are not staying at the hotel. Please feel free to reserve a table in advance. Hotel guests do not need to make a table reservation for breakfast.
   
• Can I rent bicycles from you?
  Yes, as a hotel guest, you can rent bicycles and e-bikes from us (for an additional charge and subject to availability). Please reserve your desired bicycles in good time by emailing info@hotel-navigare.com and stating the exact rental period.
   
• I am bringing my own bicycle. Can I store it at the hotel?
  We provide bicycle racks with limited outdoor capacity. There is a fenced and lockable area (partially covered, subject to availability). Charging facilities for bicycle batteries are available in this area. Charging bicycle batteries inside the hotel building is not permitted.

• Is your hotel accessible?
  All guests are very welcome at our hotel. However, due to the building's structural characteristics, we would like to point out that the hotel is not fully accessible from the outside in all cases. The main entrance has eight steps, while the side entrance has six steps. Please contact us so that we can discuss and assess any specific requirements with you individually and, if possible, find suitable solutions. There is a passenger elevator inside the hotel (it is not suitable for wheelchairs). The elevator provides convenient access to all rooms on the decks as well as the breakfast area in the vaulted cellar.

• Can we bring our dog?
  We are also happy to welcome your four-legged companion (for an additional charge, currently EUR 20.00 per dog/night). Please register your dog with us in advance. For dogs that have not been registered, an additional service fee will be charged on top of the surcharge. Please note that your four-legged companions are welcome to accompany you to the bar area during breakfast.
   
• Do you have parking spaces?
  We offer free parking spaces directly at the hotel for our guests, subject to availability. Alternatively, parking is available opposite the hotel at the harbor in Buxtehude.
   
• Do you have a charging station for electric cars?
  Our hotel parking lot has two parking spaces equipped with a charging station. You can charge your electric vehicle there for a fee. (Type 2 connector / up to approx. 22 kW / subject to availability / price as shown on the display / credit card payment only directly at the charging station / external provider: Wirelane)
