By train and bus
From Hamburg you reach Buxtehude by S-Bahn (suburban train) in around 40 minutes without changing; the regional train Hamburg–Cuxhaven also stops here. From the station it is about a 20-minute walk, or take bus 2040 to “Hafenbrücke” and walk about 4 minutes.

Access
The hotel is a listed building: there are eight steps at the main entrance and six at the side entrance. Inside, a lift serves all rooms and the cellar (not suitable for wheelchairs). Please get in touch before you arrive – we will find a solution together.
Arrival time
Your room is ready from 3 pm; please arrive by 10 pm. If you arrive earlier, we store your luggage free of charge; early check-in is available for a fee, subject to availability. Arriving after 10 pm? Please let us know beforehand and we will send you the code for the key safe. Check-out by 12 noon.
